The Woolcock Institute of Medical Research is located at 2 Innovation Road, Macquarie Park, 15 kilometres from Sydney's city centre. It is part of Macquarie University's North Ryde campus and one of the largest business and technology precincts in the southern hemisphere.

The Macquarie University train station and a network of public bus routes connect the campus with the city centre, airport, beaches, residential suburbs, and shopping and dining districts like Chatswood and Parramatta.

Parking

If you have a clinic appointment or are staying overnight for a sleep study you can use our Main Entrance Car Park with entry via Innovation Road. Use the intercome to gain access.

There are also parking stations on the Macquarie University campus and on-street parking in surrounding streets.

Public Transport

We are easily accessible bytrain and bus. Macquarie University Metro station is on the corner of Herring Rd and University Ave. Macquarie is well serviced by buses, connecting the campus to the rest of Sydney. Stops are located within the grounds along University Avenue, with more services stopping along the borders of the campus, especially at the Macquarie Centre bus interchange The bus stop is directly outside our front entrance and the light rail station is within ten minutes walk.
