Melatonin - What You Need To Know

Melatonin is a hormone that we all produce in the pineal gland located at the base of the brain. It is nicknamed the "hormone of darkness" because its level rises in the blood as it gets dark and plays a role in managing our sleep-wake cycle and circadian rhythm.
