Sleep. We all do it, we all need it.
This week, 6-12 July is Sleep Awareness Week. The Sleep Health Foundation Australia has organised this week to bring sleep to our attention.
What is Sleep Awareness Week?
The week runs from Monday 6 July 2015 to Sunday 12 July 2015. It is a yearly community education and awareness campaign to promote sleep, explaining sleep’s importance in health, and helping us to get enough of sleep.
The Sleep Health Foundation is working hard to help you and your family with your sleep routines.
