Experience: Jayne Shaw trained as a Registered Nurse in the UK, on arrival in Australia she became a Director of Nursing and Chief Executive Officer of two private hospitals. Following this she established an Australian and International consulting business which was sold to Healthsouth, a large US Healthcare company. After this she became the Co-founder of Vision Group an opthalmic doctor equity consolidation model which was successfully listed on the ASX. Jayne joined a number of private healthcare boards involved with specialist consolidation including cardiology, orthopaedics, and women’s health she continued to work with Private Equity firms on local and International Healthcare transactions. Jayne was the co-owner of Sydney Breast Clinic a comprehensive diagnostic one stop shop for breast cancer.
Current Board positions are BCAL diagnostic’s Chair, Critical Group, and The Hareda Foundation.
